Entry pay starts between $15.50 and $17.50 per hour.
Marine Technician

Fiberglass Laminator
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting fiberglass laminators. Experience is preferred but on the job training is available.
Entry pay starts between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour. Sign on bonus may be available.
Fiberglass Cutter & Grinder
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting experienced cutter & grinders to work on fiberglass boats. Employees are responsible for trimming and grinding all rough fiberglass and making necessary cuts and through holes for assembly installation. Minimum 1 year experience preferred. Entry pay starts between $15 and $17 per hour. Sign on bonus may be available.
