Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting a Marine Rigger/Outboard Installer.
Prototype Technician
The Prototype Technician is responsible for developing/constructing prototype boats, introducing them into production, and troubleshooting technical engineering related production issues.
Gelcoater
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting experienced gel coaters to work on fiberglass boats. Auto Body paint experience usually translates well to this job. Employees are responsible for spraying fiberglass on hulls and decks to appropriate specs/millage.
Fiberglass Repair Worker
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently recruiting Fiberglass Repair Workers (Patchers). The Fiberglass Repair Worker determines techniques needed to repair defects on glass parts and preps, patches, sprays and finishes defect areas. Entry pay starts between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour. Sign on bonus may be available.
Woodshop / Mill Worker
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add an experienced, production Mill Worker to our team.
Entry pay starts between $15.50 and $17.50 per hour.
